Summary Reporting to the Team Leader, the Ad Ops Coordinator collaborates closely with team members to manage digital out‑of‑home inventory, process contracts and revisions, assign content based on client requirements, and ensure successful campaign delivery. The Ad Ops Coordinator also operates within various Supply‑Side Platforms (SSPs) to evaluate creative approval requests and ensure that all content complies with applicable provincial by‑laws and federal regulations.Key Responsibilities
Manage the inventory by processing and monitoring advertising campaigns
Manage and cross‑check multiple reports to ensure precise content delivery
Coordinate content scheduling in alignment with client directives
Collaborate with internal account executives to obtain necessary details and troubleshoot as needed
Evaluate creatives received from programmatic platforms
Perform all other related tasks
Essential Skills :
Demonstrate leadership and have good team spirit
Be open to change and show initiative
Be proactive and results oriented
Be able to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
Be comfortable analyzing and creating reports
Be organized and detail oriented
Training & Experience :
Post secondary diploma in administration or another relevant field
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in charting or broadcast or other relevant field
Experience working in a team
Able to communicate effectively and offer great client service
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word and Excel) and Windows
Experience with Digital Out‑of‑Home CMS platforms and SSPs is an asset
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
