Epic Commercial Properties is hiring one acquisitions operator.
This is not a brokerage role.
This is not an analyst role.
This is not a training seat.
This is direct owner execution.
We generate early stage off market conversations through outbound outreach.
Your job is to step into those conversations and move them to a signed contract or a clear no.
What The Work Actually Is
You will be re engaging owners who have had a brief initial conversation with our outreach team.
They are not warm referrals.
They are not represented sellers.
They are not pre packaged deals.
You will rebuild the dialogue from near zero.
You will qualify debt, motivation, timing, and decision makers.
You will follow up over weeks or months.
You will push for clarity when others avoid it.
Some weeks nothing moves.
That does not change the work.
This role requires someone who is comfortable operating without structure, without hand holding, and without daily oversight.
You either advance the deal or you walk.
Compensation
This is 100 percent performance based.
No salary.
No draw.
You are paid acquisition fees when deals close.
In select high value situations there is potential for deal participation and equity carry. That is earned, not promised.

Someone who has had difficult conversations with owners and stayed in the room.
Someone who understands debt maturities, tax pressure, probate, partnership disputes, and timing.
Someone who does not need scripts.
