Key Responsibilities of the Bookkeeper:
? Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, provide insightful analysis to support decision-making
? Manage processing of invoices and payments
? Manage the monthly financial close process, including bank reconciliations, prepaid expenses and deferred revenue amortization, inventory assets, purchase reimbursement coding, and credit card payment allocation
? Review and reconcile General Ledger accounts
? Monitor cash flow, optimize working capital
? Payroll processing and management
What the Successful Bookkeeper candidate will have:
? Proven Financial Reporting Experience
? Accounts Payable and Receivable Experience
? General Ledger Management experience
? Experience with Cash Management
? Solid understanding of payroll management
? Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in financial records
? Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize and meet deadlines
? Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating self motivation and initiative
? Discretion and integrity when handling confidential financial information
? Detail-oriented and deadline driven
? Ability to adapt and work well under pressure
Education and Experience Requirements:
? AA or (preferred) BS in Accounting
? Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper
? Proficiency in QBO - certified preferred, Microsoft Excel and ideally Bill.com
