Acquisition Manager
Coastal Land Partners is a fast-growing land investment firm focused on acquiring, flipping, and developing land across Florida and the Southeast. We move fast, operate like a startup, and value people who can close deals, stay organized, and hustle with intention. We’re expanding our acquisition team and looking for a driven, hungry, and high-energy professional who knows how to source, negotiate, and lock down real estate deals. As our Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for: • Reviewing inbound seller leads • Making outbound follow-up calls/texts • Negotiating offers with landowners • Running comps and underwriting potential deals • Sending contracts and coordinating with our COO & title companies • Managing deals through the acquisition pipeline up to closing • Unlimited earning potential — our Acquisition Managers regularly close 3–8+ deals/month • High commissions on every closed deal (paid fast) • Provided leads + the autonomy to generate your own • Training, scripts, comps tools, CRM access • Become part of a rapidly scaling Florida land company • Clear leadership, no bureaucracy, no ceiling Pay: $30,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: • Flexible schedule • Paid time off • Parental leave • Professional development assistance Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
