Inviting applications for the role of Accounts Receivable – Collection -Senior Process Associate- German- Remote EMEA In this role, you will deal with customer account and credit management, investigating, analyzing, escalating and driving to resolution accounts receivable situations. Responsibilities • Customer account management, including initiation of proactive collection activities, ensuring on-time payments, and resolution of delinquent accounts • Credit management activities for a portfolio of customers, ensuring on-time payment from customers • Investigation, analysis, escalation and resolution of customer Accounts Receivable issues • Direct customer contact (phone, e-mail, meetings, etc.) • Maintaining customer relationships, setting and achieving past due reduction goals • Escalation of issues to Customer Financial Services leadership, sales, etc. • Customer dispute resolution/ follow up – interaction with sales and other departments within the company • Monitor and adjust customer credit limits within company policy and process • Miscellaneous manual postings (invoices, credit notes, account clearings, etc.) • Monthly reports and accounts reconciliations Qualifications we seek in you!
