Ā Ensure timely and precise processing of invoices and payments in line with departmental standards.

Ā Verify invoice details, including purchase orders, pricing, payment terms, and additional charges, for accuracy.

Ā Maintain strong vendor relationships by addressing inquiries and resolving discrepancies promptly.

Ā Support process evaluations and contribute to improving workflow procedures.

Ā Assist with managing accounts payable for multiple entities and suppliers to meet deadlines and compliance standards.

Ā Monitor invoices to ensure all payments are issued on time.

Ā Take on additional data-related responsibilities as needed to support the department.
Requirements
Ā 1+ years of related experience (preferred)

Ā Proficiency in accounting software

Ā Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills

Ā High school diploma or GED

Ā Tech-savvy and able to learn new software easily
