Accounts Payable Specialist (NetSuite) Remote in the U.S.
Fetch Staffing Solutions is filling an Accounts Payable Specialist position on a 4-6 week project for a nonprofit client based in Maine. This position is fully remote from anywhere in the U.S. with a pay rate of $35-$40/hr DOE. Apply today for immediate consideration. Accounts Payable Specialist (NetSuite) The Accounts Payable Specialist will utilize NetSuite and pull all legal invoices for the past 5 years and categorize and summarize them by type of service provided and location. NetSuite experience (specifically in AP) is highly preferred. There are up to 3,000 documents that need to be reviewed. Some of the documents are not in English and may require use of translation software (like Google Translate). Others may require contacting the respective client Director at international locations for clarification and resolution of issues. Qualifications: 1. 4+ years of full cycle accounts payable experience, not-for-profit accounting preferred. 2. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred. 3. Experience working with a general ledger accounting system required. 4. Strong Excel skills and NetSuite preferred. . 5.
