Accounts Payable Specialist, Mexico Operations

JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist to support FOX’s operations in Mexico. This role operates within a high-volume shared services environment and requires expertise in timely, compliant invoice processing, vendor account reconciliation, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Experience with Coupa, Graphite, or Workday is a plus. A strong understanding of Mexican statutory requirements for the AP cycle—including CFDIs, tax compliance, and related regulations—is essential. A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Process and validate supplier invoices in full compliance with Mexico’s fiscal and tax regulations Ensure invoices meet statutory requirements and support accurate tax reporting Collaborate with vendors and Fox/Caliente TV stakeholders in both Spanish and English to resolve invoice issues and facilitate timely payments Reconcile AP Aging reports and vendor statements, resolving outstanding items promptly Support supplier onboarding, including documentation review and compliance verification Maintain accurate and organized records for audits and regulatory reporting Identify and escalate irregularities, discrepancies, or non-compliant transactions Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the AP function T&E WHAT YOU WILL NEED 5+ years of accounts payable experience, preferably within a shared services or global operations environment Professional written and verbal proficiency in Spanish and English Strong knowledge of Mexican invoicing and tax requirements Demonstrated reconciliation, problem-solving, and communication skills with a customer-service mindset Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment with multiple stakeholders Exceptional attention to detail, with proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Familiarity with AP systems such as Coupa, Graphite, or Workday T&E experience We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $25.75-30.25 per hour.
