About Our Client
A growing organization in the entertainment and auction industry is undergoing operational transformation and seeks remote AP support to manage vendor communication, inbox volume, and daily accounting workflow. The business is moving from legacy processes toward more efficient systems and structured procedures.
Job Description
• Own and manage a high-volume AP inbox of 200+ emails, ensuring timely responses within 24 hours.
• Route and process invoices through an AP automation platform, code items accurately, move invoices through workflow, and provide confirmations to vendors.
• Assist with backlog cleanup, daily maintenance, and process improvements while supporting internal teams through system transitions.
