Responsibilities
? Process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently

? Verify coding, obtain approvals, and enter invoices into the system

? Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies

? Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments

? Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable
,
? Maintain accurate records and documentation
,
? Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment-related issues
Requirements
? 2 years of experience in accounts payable/receivable or related field
,
? Proficiency in data entry and using accounting software such as Fishbowl
,
? Knowledge of corporate accounting principles and practices
,
? Familiarity with journal entries, debits, credits, and account reconciliation
,
? Able to process incoming invoices for payment and send invoices to customers
,
? Understanding of governmental accounting is a plus
,
? Ability to analyze financial data and identify discrepancies
,
? Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
