We are looking for a trustworthy and detail-oriented Junior Accounts Payable Specialist to assist with monthly invoicing, weekly payments, and financial record-keeping in QuickBooks Online. This is a freelance, hourly position, ideal for someone with experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable, or financial administration.
Responsibilities:
Process monthly invoices and ensure timely submission
Manage weekly payments and maintain accurate records
Update internal financial documents alongside QuickBooks Bills and Transaction Entries
Reconcile accounts to ensure financial records are up-to-date and accurate
Generate and run monthly financial reports
Communicate with vendors regarding billing and payments as needed
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all financial processes
Requirements:
Proven experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or a related field
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
High level of integrity and trustworthiness
Experience with U.S.-based accounting preferred
