Entry-Level Electronics Production/ Quick Start
Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Swing Shift Entry-Level Electronics Production role in Clackamas. Key Responsibilities: · Assemble, inspect, and test electronic components and circuit boards following standard operating procedures. · Operate and monitor production equipment such as soldering stations, pick-and-place machines, and reflow ovens. · Perform basic troubleshooting and quality checks to ensure products meet exacting specifications. · Follow detailed assembly instructions, wiring diagrams, and blueprints. · Maintain clean and organized workstations in accordance with 5S and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protocols. · Accurately document production data, including part numbers, lot tracking, and test results. · Collaborate with production and engineering teams to meet daily output goals and resolve assembly issues. · Assist in packaging and preparing finished electronics for shipment. · Promptly report equipment malfunctions, quality issues, or safety concerns to supervisors. Qualifications: · High school diploma or equivalent; technical coursework or interest in electronics a plus. · No prior electronics experience required—entry-level training provided! · Ability to perform fine motor tasks with precision and handle small components. · Comfortable working with tools such as soldering irons, tweezers, and magnification equipment. · Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a commitment to quality. · Team-oriented with good communication and problem-solving skills. · Ability to lift up to 30+ lbs and sit or stand for extended periods. · Willingness to work swing shift hours and overtime as needed.
