They are focused on stabilizing day‑to‑day AP operations and need immediate support from a reliable, detail‑driven professional.
Job Description
• Process high‑volume AP invoices quickly and accurately.
• Support timesheet and billing questions as needed.
• Assist with payment prep and ensure items are ready for approval.
• Enter and route invoices through AP software such as RAMP, Bill.com, or similar.
• Reference the AP inbox for invoice and payment details (no vendor communication required).
• Maintain consistent accuracy and strong turnaround times in a fast‑moving environment.
• Work PST business hours; attend onsite in Gardena 3-4 days weekly.
