ICF is seeking an organized professional with excellent reconciliation and customer service skills to join our Accounts Payable team, in a part time, on call capacity as our Accounts Payable & Expense Specialist.
This is a remote position, candidates can be based anywhere within the US.
What You Will Do:
Process employee expense reports in Costpoint T&E.
Function as liaison between the Expense Support Team and ICF Travel during the transition of accounting for company paid expenses to incorporate within the T&E system.
Reconcile monthly Corporate Travel Card expenses to Employee Expenses reports.
Provide communication to employees who fail to submit expense reports on a timely basis in order to meet customer invoicing deadlines.
Processing weekly accounts payable invoices into Costpoint to include multiple business units and detailed projects as well as audit/edit invoices for accuracy.
Research and resolve day to day issues related to Vendor inquiries.
Special projects and other duties as assigned by the AP Manager.
What You Will Bring With You:
Bachelors degree in Business or related field.
Experience with MS 365, specifically Excel.
Experience with full cycle accounts payable processes.
Experience within a customer service environment.
What Wed Like You To Bring With You:
Experience with Deltek T&E.
Familiarity with US FTRs (Federal Travel Regulations).
Experience with Costpoint AP.
Professional Skills:
Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Team player.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
$43,379.00 - $73,744.00
