Ā Enter and update data into company databases with high accuracy.
Ā Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
Ā Review and correct data errors to maintain data integrity.
Ā Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
Ā Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
Ā Assist in preparing reports and summaries as needed.
Ā Maintain confidentiality and security of all data.
Ā Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and accurate data entry.
Qualifications:
Ā High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
Ā Proven experience... as a Data Entry Clerk or similar position.
Ā Excellent typing skills and attention to detail.
Ā Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software.
Ā Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ā Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Ā Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
Ā Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
