Accounts Payable Assistant - Philippines

The Finance, Payments and Accounts Assistant position at GroWrk Remote will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, analyzing financial data, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail and proficiency in financial and accounting systems. Responsibilities Recording and analyzing financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance. Providing administrative support including data entry, filing, and email correspondence. Reviewing partner invoices and preparing disbursements. Generating financial reports and summaries for analysis. Maintaining internal accounting ledgers and reconciling statements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (strong preference); other related degrees may be considered with relevant experience. 1-2 years of experience in accounting or related fields. Proficiency in financial and accounting systems. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, Bill.com ). Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word. Accounts Payable experience in a multi-country or international environment. Familiarity with remote finance workflows and tools is a plus. Preferred Time Zone & Location Central Standard Time (GMT-6) Location: Philippines What do we offer?
