Relocation support is not provided.We are looking for an Accounting & Reporting Specialist to join our Financial team. In this position, you are responsible for the implementation of accounting and reporting processes, policies, procedures, and systems to meet the financial and regulatory reporting requirements. You map financial processes and modify control procedures as required. You identify the information needs of internal and external parties such as Investor Relations, Supervisory Board, DNB, Tax Authority.What you will be doingPreparation of accounting entries; Regulatory financial reporting, liquidity reports, aggregated regulatory reports such as FinRep; Participate in the closing and consolidation operations; Collaborating with developers (IT team) and providing input; Improve internal control processes; Assist with internal and external audit processes; Take part in other activities of the FINOM Group Finance Department.Who you areMaster's degree and at least 2 years of relevant work experience in the field of financial accounting / financial control in the banks/payment institutions/EMI; Knowledge and experience with IFRS and Regulatory Reporting; Experience with EXACT, SAP or similar accounting software; Preferably experience with financial, core banking systems and/or regulatory software; Fluent in English and Dutch (verbally & written), Russian is a plus; Excellent analytical skills; Excellent communication skills; Startup mindset, ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Capable of working on different projects independently and taking responsibility for workload.What You Will Get In ReturnMake a genuine impact on the productJoin our upward trajectory, and grow with us.
