Responsibilities:
- Review and verify invoices and receipts
- Process payments and credits in a timely manner
- Monitor accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding balances
- Communicate with customers regarding payment status and discrepancies
- Prepare reports on accounts receivable performance
- Assist with reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
- Driven and resilient personality traits
- People management and persuasion soft skills
