Job description: Immediate need for an Accounting/ Data Entry Clerk + $500 Signing Bonus!
Hourly Range: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Who we are: Callpass has spent over 15 years becoming the premier provider of mobile asset tracking to the automotive industry. Callpass is changing the way companies utilize GPS and Telematic solutions for BHPH, vehicle finance, lot management, and rental car management. We are looking for a highly detail oriented individual to join our accounting team and play a key role in our continued growth.
Overview:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for heavy data entry (transfer information from hard copy documents into a computer) and provides customer service by phone and correspondence. Must be proficient in key boarding, Microsoft Office programs, and ability to prepare alphabetical orders and collate.
Requirements:
• Must be detail oriented
• Must have a degree or working towards an accounting degree from an accredited educational institution
• This is an internship position with a possibility to convert to part time or full time.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Verify information; enter data entry into in-house system.
• Process account information, customer information, and a variety of other forms of documents by resolving inconsistencies and reviewing data for errors using standard data entry procedures.
• Ensuring orders have been paid and confirming orders
• Processes customer account information accurately.
• Checking completed work for errors or duplicate information before submitting the final product.
• Other duties and responsibilities as needed
