Qualifications:
3+ years of relevant accounting experiencePrior experience working at a Fortune 500 companyBachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fieldB2/C1 English proficiencyProven experience in contract processing or administrative rolesStrong attention to detail and data accuracyExcellent time management and organizational skillsProficiency with Google Sheets
Responsibilities:
Review Financial Documents: Analyze contracts, invoice statements, and A/R and A/P records to extract and verify key informationData Entry & Accuracy: Capture complex financial details with precision and ensure data integrityMaintain Records: Keep accounting and contract records organized and updatedSupport Process Improvements: Help document and refine internal workflowsCollaborate Across Teams: Coordinate with cross-functional teams in multiple time zones to ensure seamless contract processing
