Accounting Assistant / Invoicing Specialist Remote (Must be located within 2 hours of Reading, PA) Up to $25.00 per hour Temp-to-Hire Opportunity Kelly® Professional & Industrial is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable / Invoicing Specialist to join our client’s team! This is a remote position for candidates located within a two-hour radius of Reading, PA. Key Responsibilities + Enter and upload invoices into customer portals such as Ariba, Textura, and Coupa. + Manage a shared email inbox, responding to customer invoice requests and routing inquiries to appropriate team members. + Assist Credit Analysts with new account setup and documentation. + Support Accounting, Credit & Collections, and Customer Service departments with inquiries related to customer portals, intercompany accounts, cash receipts, and audits. + Perform additional administrative and accounting support tasks as needed. Qualifications + Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills preferred. + Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or BaaN. + Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. + Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills. + Team-oriented with the ability to work independently. + Self-motivated and adaptable to learning new processes and systems.
