[Remote] Pharmaceutical Revenue Management Analyst - Rebates, Chargebacks processing

They are seeking a Pharmaceutical Revenue Management Analyst to manage revenue operations, ensuring compliance with client contracts and delivering insights through reporting.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Meeting the strict processing and payment deadlines set forth in the contracts between our clients and their customers
ā¢ Performing validations on claim information and calculations based on the contracts terms to ensure accurate payments
ā¢ Abiding by the standard operating procedures set forth by our clients and EVERSANA best practices
ā¢ Reading and interpreting complex contracts which can then be configured into the revenue management platform
ā¢ Providing clients with insight into each of these payments through various reporting packages
ā¢ Communicating with the client to deliver status, attain clarifications on questions/concerns related to any operational activities, and, above all, ensuring continuous client delight for the duration of the engagement
ā¢ All other duties as assigned
Skills
ā¢ Education : Bachelor's
ā¢ 3+ years in rebate processing, chargeback processing, and/or distributor rebates
ā¢ Has the knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field, especially Pharma contracting domains, Life Sciences & Finance
ā¢ Knowledge pharma revenue management systems like Model N and other claim management applications
ā¢ Strong analytical skills, conceptual thinking, effective time management skills & good communication skills
ā¢ Ability to complete time critical processes
ā¢ Technology/Equipment: Model N or Model N powered by Flex, Excel
ā¢ Education: Bachelors in a business-related field, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Life Sciences related field
ā¢ 4-8 years in rebate processing, chargeback processing, and/or distributor rebates
ā¢ Very familiar with commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field, especially Pharma contracting domains, Life Sciences & Finance
ā¢ An expert in pharma revenue management systems like Model N and other claim management applications
ā¢ Ability to delegate work and responsibility to other members of the project team
ā¢ Strong analytical skills, conceptual thinking, effective time management skills & good communication skills
ā¢ Ability to complete time critical processes and support and guide other team members to ensure all deadlines within the scope of the agreement are met
ā¢ Technology/Equipment Model N or Model N powered by Flex, Advanced Excel, SQL, VBA
