Accounting Aspiring Leaders Program
The Accounting Aspiring Leaders Program provides a two-day, in-person immersive experience that allows students to experience our culture and learn what a corporate accounting career at Progressive can offer. By attending this program, youll have the opportunity to network with accounting professionals, gain knowledge through a case study and other activities, and tour one of our main campuses in Cleveland, OH. Youll also learn from senior leaders as they speak about their career paths at Progressive and share advice for aspiring leaders.
Accounting Internship
Upon completion of the program, youll have an opportunity to interview for a winter 2026 paid accounting internship. If selected for an internship, youll gain hands-on experience in one of our many business areas and engage in tasks such as financial reporting and analysis, accounting, internal controls, and other project work, all while building connections with a mentor, peers, and managers.
When: May 20th, 2025- May 21st, 2025
Internship Must-have qualifications:
Pursuing a bachelors degree or higher in Accounting
Internship Preferred skills:
Cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher
Proven leadership experience
Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
Strong verbal, writing, and presentation skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Internship Compensation:
$22.50/hour

With the successful completion of the Accounting Aspiring Leaders Program, you'll be eligible to return as a winter 2026 accounting intern, which will include the following benefits:
Organized weekly social activities, adaptable for virtual or onsite environments, to connect with company interns and professionals
Meaningful internship projects that solve business challenges
Mentorships, continued career development and networking with company leaders, such as an exclusive virtual roundtable discussion with our CEO
