Job Description:
As an Online Live Chat Specialist at Tesla in Chicago, Illinois, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat support on our website. You will interact with customers in real time to answer their questions, provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and assist with purchases. Requirements:
1. 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
2. Passionate and motivated individual with a strong desire to provide excellent customer service.
3. Strong people management skills with the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
4. Innovative thinker with the ability to adapt to changing customer needs and technology.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
7. Knowledge of Tesla products and services is a plus.
8. Availability to work part-time hours.
