Accounting Analyst-Hybrid

Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions and objectives. Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving strategies. Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights for management. Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting and forecasting processes. Perform variance analysis and provide recommendations for corrective actions. Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements. Assist with month-end and year-end close processes. Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations. Participate in ad-hoc projects and provide support for audits. Communicate financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders. Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting standards. Mentor and train junior team members.
