Join our team and be part of a dynamic community that's passionate about making a difference. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for: * Responding to all tickets on our system in a timely and professional manner * Diagnosing and troubleshooting basic technical issues to resolve client queries * Providing step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal, to clients via phone, email, or chat * Guiding clients through a series of actions to resolve technical issues, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience **Job Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * At least 3 years of technical experience in a hosting company or similar environment (e.g., orange, WE, software/hosting company) * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner * Experience in Technical Support for at least 3 years, with a proven track record of resolving client queries efficiently * A very good level of English proficiency, both written and verbal * A maximum age of 30 years * Sales experience is preferred, but not required * Residency in Nasr city, Misr el Gdeda, Shoubra Misr, Fifth of settlement, or Hadaya Elzaytoun is preferred * Graduates only * Both males and females are welcome to apply **Work Conditions** As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you can expect: * Rotational shifts from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, working from the office, or from 5:30 PM to 2:00 AM, working from home * 2 fixed days off per month, which may change each month * A hybrid work environment that combines office and remote work * One month of paid training to ensure you're equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in your role **Company Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to supporting our employees' growth and well-being.
