Qualifications
Independent contractor status.
Clean background check.
Access to a computer with a reliable internet connection and a designated home office space.
Possession of a cell phone with multiple email identities (data reimbursement up to $35/month available).
Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent experience (minimum 5 years under a CFO).
QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor Certification preferred, or willingness to obtain it.
Advanced expertise in QuickBooks Online and ability to pass a skills test.
Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative approach.
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering quality work.
Proficiency with various software applications and technological tools.
Responsibilities
Adherence to all relevant accounting and financial regulations.
Compilation, analysis, and reporting of financial data.
Preparation of periodic financial reports, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
Provision of data to management, investors, and stakeholders.
Maintenance of accurate financial records.
Calculation of sales taxes.
Assistance in budgeting and forecasting processes.
