About the position

Provides support in the sale and implementation and maintenance of National Accounts. The ideal candidate is a proactive and detail-oriented professional who excels at working in a collaborative, fast paced environment. This individual will serve as a central point of contact for the dotR system (tracking channel for report/access requests) across multiple internal teams and external customers (Partner plans), ensuring clear communication, timely issue resolution, and smooth coordination of deliverables. They will be responsible for independently investigating and addressing operational or technical issues, escalating when necessary, and maintaining strong customer relationships through consistent follow through and professionalism. Description Location: This position is full-time (40-hours/week) Monday-Friday in a typical office environment. You will work an 8-hour shift scheduled during our normal business hours of 8:00AM-5:00PM. Hybrid work schedule available after 60-90 days. It may be necessary, given the business need to work occasional overtime. You may be required to travel between buildings. This role is located at 4101 Percival Road, Columbia, SC 29229.

Responsibilities
β€’ Produces and distributes standard reports at varying frequencies on utilization, clinical, high dollar forecast/notifications, billing and purchased products to external parties.
β€’ Facilitates additional ad hoc reporting requests as needed.
β€’ Coordinates dotRs which a ddress routine issues, including benefits, claims, membership, billing, and reporting, and stop loss, coordinating with the appropriate internal resource, whether that be a SME or the group’s assigned Account Advocate, as directed by Account Executive or Client Relationship Manager.
β€’ Coordinates system access (MHTK, Blue e-Bill, Blue DataConnect, etc.) for groups, brokers and Partner Plan Reps and facilitates copies of member ID cards as needed.
β€’ Provide support as needed to the department

Requirements
β€’ Bachelor's Degree
β€’ 4 years job related work experience or Associate's, and 2 years job related work experience
β€’ 2 years-experience in marketing, sales, account management, or health benefits operations.
β€’ Good judgment skills.
β€’ Effective customer service, organizational skills.
β€’ Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
β€’ Demonstrated proficiency in attention to details, spelling, punctuation, and grammar skills.
β€’ Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion.

Nice-to-haves
β€’ Possess knowledge of claims, customer service or membership operations.
β€’ Understands internal departmental functions and their impact on National Accounts, enabling effective internal communication to support the implementation and ongoing service of National Account clients.
β€’ Demonstrate exceptional customer service, communication, problem solving skills, with strong process-oriented thinking and good analytical and reporting capability,
β€’ Adept in project management and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously with flexibility and demonstrates commitment to delivering high quality work with minimal supervision
