The Account Service Manager Sr. at Elevance Health is responsible for advanced account management and strategic planning for major accounts within the Carelon Payment Integrity division. Responsibilities
Ā Provides strategic planning and account management for large accounts.

Ā Directs and manages the administration of contractual requirements and obligations.

Ā Manages the new and renewal implementation process for accounts.

Ā Interfaces with operations to ensure smooth delivery of services.

Ā Maintains ongoing account relationships at multiple levels throughout the customer's organization.

Ā Makes recommendations for improvements to meet customers' expectations.
,
Ā Develops implementation processes and manages reporting processes to ensure client retention and high levels of account satisfaction.

Ā Provides both on-site and off-site account management, including interpreting plan design and resolving inquiries.

Ā Presents monthly, ad hoc, mid-year, and annual utilization and benefit reporting to the broker and client.
,
Ā Coordinates open enrollment meetings, renewal process, and training sessions.
,
Ā Participates in efforts to support standardization across accounts and works in multi-disciplinary teams to design and implement product and operational enhancements.

Ā Provides guidance or expertise to less experienced account service managers.

Ā Makes routine account visits.
Requirements
Ā Experience in account management or a related field.

Ā Strong strategic planning and organizational skills.

Ā Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ā Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.

Ā Proficiency in reporting and data analysis.
