What You'll Do Manage and extend relationships with key stakeholders across Business, IT, and C-levelHold accountability for developing and implementing account vision, strategy, and ways of workingServe as the custodian for your customers within Veeva by focusing on their needs and doing the right thing for themManage complex sales cycles, utilizing internal and external resources as appropriateKeep current with industry trends and engage customers in addressing their business challengesAct with urgency, integrity, and a focus on the customerMeet/Exceed pipeline generation and revenue targets Requirements 5+ years combined experience across sales, account management, and consulting servicesProven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotasSales experience with Life Science Software SolutionsExcellent account planning and execution skillsExcellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skillsAbility to work with a wide range of customers, from end users to C-levelMust be highly self-motivated and able to work with little direct supervisionA passion for solving customer business problemsMust have a team-first mentalityBusiness-level fluency in German and, English and other European languages are beneficial Nice to Have 5+ years of account management within the Life Science industryUnderstanding of R&D software solutions, particularly Clinical, Quality, Regulatory, and Safety Perks & Benefits Annual allocations for charitable contributionsFitness reimbursementWork anywhere Additional Information #LI-Remote#LI-MidSeniorVeeva’s headquarters is located in the San Francisco Bay Area with offices in more than 15 countries around the world.As an equal opportunity employer, Veeva is committed to fostering a culture of inclusion and growing a diverse workforce.
