Scope of the RoleThe Account Manager (Paid Social) will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction, strategy development, and campaign performance. This role requires a mix of analytical insight, creative thinking, and exceptional relationship management to retain and grow client partnerships while ensuring marketing initiatives meet business goals.Duties and Responsibilities • Develop and present paid social strategies tailored to client goals, primarily focused on Meta advertising. • Lead client review calls, analyze campaign performance, and translate insights into strategic recommendations. • Manage workflows between clients and internal teams (design, analytics, ad ops, and leadership). • Coordinate creative production processes, ensuring timely delivery and brand consistency. • Build long-term relationships through effective communication, transparency, and proactive problem-solving.• Identify growth opportunities within accounts by aligning client needs with agency capabilities. • Deliver clear, data-backed narratives that connect marketing performance to business outcomes.
