About the Role We’re looking for a dedicated Account Manager responsible for mainly New Sales. You’ll be managing a portfolio of clinical solutions for hospitals and healthcare services across your own region. This is a chance to be part of something meaningful — helping healthcare and improving patient outcome with the latest tools and content. Responsibilities Develop and execute account strategies to generate new business and drive revenue growth across white‑space accounts. Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing customers, working closely with sales colleagues to convert opportunities into revenue. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, partnering with internal teams to ensure effective delivery and strong client relationships. Monitor and report on performance, providing clear, regular updates to clients and leadership to ensure visibility and alignment. Requirements University degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline. Familiarity with structured solution‑selling methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Franklin Covey, or Miller Heiman. Strong sales and negotiation capability, with a demonstrated track record of delivering measurable results. Minimum of five years’ experience in consultative selling within a complex, matrixed organisation. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently engage C‑suite stakeholders and articulate value clearly. Strategic, highly organised thinker able to manage multiple priorities and accounts simultaneously without compromising execution.
