Responsibilities:
Ā Scheduling Expertise: Efficiently manage and coordinate schedules for healthcare professionals, optimizing their time and ensuring smooth operations.
Ā Medical Billing Mastery: Handle billing processes, including verification of benefits, collection of copayments and deductibles, and accurate submission and tracking of prior authorizations.
Ā Client Meetings: Regularly meet with clients to ensure deliverables are being met and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Ā Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule patients' appointments, ensuring a seamless experience for both patients and healthcare providers.
Requirements:
Ā 1 to 2 years of work experience as a Medical Assistant or Medical Biller in a healthcare setting.
Ā Certification in Medical Assistant or Medical Billing is mandatory.
Ā Prior experience in a customer-facing role as an account manager or coordinator.
Ā Proficient in managing schedules using EHR
Ā Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with healthcare professionals and clients.
