Account Executive, Small to Medium-Sized Businesses (SMB)

As a remote-based position, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, with occasional visits to our NYC office (if applicable). At Flex, we're revolutionizing the way bills are paid, and we're looking for an exceptional sales rockstar to join our team. As an Account Executive, SMB, you'll be responsible for:
Driving new client acquisition and revenue growth within the rental real estate market
Building and managing a robust pipeline in our CRM system
Establishing relationships with senior executives and decision-makers through outbound efforts
Owning the full sales cycle from lead to close
Educating prospective customers on the value of Flex and navigating key decision-makers to build awareness within organizations
Initiating, negotiating, and closing new and expansion contracts with customers
Collaborating with the Accounts team to build strategic adoption plans for new customers
About You:
3+ years of sales experience with a consistent track record of quota attainment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop relationships with middle management and ownership quickly and effectively
Ability to be flexible and adaptive, with skilled phone, email, and social media prospecting abilities
