You will operate like a hybrid of:Sales operatorTechnical translatorMarket mapperYou’ll work directly with the CEO, engineering, and product teams to drive revenue in some of the most important and fastest-growing sectors in AI. That includes:Working with Founders & Core team to go from 10 to 100 customersEnhancing the existing winning playbook to drive new customer acquisitionDriving trials, and trial conversions across the established ICPHelping the SDE team tweak their lead qualification process where neededOwning and driving revenue metricsRole Own full-cycle sales across target verticals (defence, maritime, robotics, autonomy, aerospace, etc)Identify, map, and break into high-value accounts (governments, primes, advanced startups)Run highly tailored outbound using modern AI sales and CRM tooling (Attio, Apollo, Clay, GPT agents, etc.)Conduct discovery with technical stakeholders (ML engineers, Perception teams, Program leads)Translate complex technical capabilities into clear business valuePartner with PMs and Solutions Engineers to land pilots, PoCs, and deploymentsWork closely with leadership on deal strategy, pricing, and positioningContinuously refine messaging based on market feedbackQualifications1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, GTM, or technical customer-facing rolesExperience selling or working with technical products (AI/ML, developer tools, robotics, SaaS, infra, etc.)Strong ability to learn and explain technical concepts Evidence of high agency — you’ve built systems, not just followed playbooksComfortable working in ambiguity, early-stage environments, and founder-led sales motionsExcellent communication skills — especially with technical buyersDemonstrated ability to prospect creatively and persistentlyStrong interest in AI, robotics, autonomy, defence, or physical systemsFamiliarity with modern GTM stackExperience running outbound campaigns or building pipeline from scratchExposure to PoCs, pilots, or technical sales cyclesStrong writing ability (cold emails, proposals, narratives)What We OfferCompetitive compensationComprehensive benefits package (healthcare, PTO, etc.).Opportunity to work directly with the founding team from Nvidia, Google, and Lucasfilms and grow quicklyA collaborative, supportive environment with plenty of room to explore new skills.Great memes
