Terms apply** What you will do: • Provide exceptional one-on-one tax preparation services to clients. • Proactively engage with customers to offer tax preparation assistance. • Conduct tax interviews, answer walk-in questions, and deliver high-quality customer service. • Utilize basic computer skills for tax preparation. • Participate in tax preparation training and continuous professional development. • Preparers will receive ongoing mentorship and support to develop tax preparation skills and grow their book of business. • Experienced preparers will leverage their knowledge to complete more complex returns, including individual, trust, and partnership tax filings. Entry-Level Qualifications: • Passion for providing extraordinary customer service. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment. • Basic computer skills. • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, working both independently and as part of a supportive team. Experienced Qualifications: • 2+ seasons of tax preparation experience, including individual, trust, and/or partnership returns. • Strong understanding of tax laws, accounting, and finance. • Proven ability to provide exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes is a plus.
