Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:Identify and target potential clients across various industries, including e-commerce, B2B, and local businesses.Build and manage a pipeline of leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand each client's digital marketing requirements.Solution Selling:Present and articulate our digital marketing services effectively to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition and benefits.Collaborate with our digital marketing experts to tailor solutions that meet client objectives.Proposal and Contract Negotiation:Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals and presentations to potential clients.Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and service-level agreements to close deals.Market Analysis:Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in digital marketing.Analyze market data to identify opportunities and threats, adjusting sales strategies accordingly.Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.Reporting and Documentation:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts using our CRM system.Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus).Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar client-facing role within the advertising industry.Strong understanding of advertising principles, channels, and campaign execution.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.Proficiency in project management and multitasking.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.Familiarity with advertising tools and software.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events, if necessary.
