This is a unique opportunity to join Apple and be a part of our support team. As an Apple Support College Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, providing world-class customer service and technical support for our popular products.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service and troubleshoot technical issues with creativity and passion.
Use technical expertise and documented troubleshooting flows to meet customer needs.
Remind customers that behind our great products are amazing people.

Requirements:
Pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, or any other tech-related major.
Available for five weeks of full-time paid training on a set schedule totaling 40 hours a week.
Able to flex up or down in weekly hours when school is not in session, based on business needs.
Able to meet minimum typing speed of 40 WPM while talking with customers.
