Academic Content Editor – Ethics in HR (Africa Focused)
We are looking for an experienced academic writer write a chapter on Ethics in HR as a part of our already published book on business ethics. This book will be for use in African higher education institutions, with a focus on aligning content to regional frameworks and relevance. Qualifications: • Advanced degree in HR / Organizational Behavior / or a related field, with a focus on African contexts. • Expertise (5-10 years with relevant experience) in South African labor laws / HR practices /organizational behavior. • Strong knowledge of African cultures, languages, and diversity, particularly South Africa and the SADC region. • Familiarity with the UN Sustainable Development Goals and the African Union Agenda 2063 and their application in HRM. • Previous experience writing academic or professional content for African audiences. • Experience working with universities or academic institutions is a plus.
