About the project As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, tracking, and ensuring the successful delivery of initiatives that support growth and innovation. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, marketing, and operations teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals. How your day-to-day work will look like ✅ Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery to meet business objectives. ✅ Utilize Jira to manage workflows, track tasks, and generate project reports. ✅ Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives) to ensure smooth project execution. ✅ Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, priorities, and timelines. ✅ Identify risks, roadblocks, and dependencies, proactively solving issues. ✅ Ensure clear and timely communication with teams and leadership. ✅ Optimize project management processes to improve efficiency. ✅ Manage team alignment, culture, and budget. This would make you the ideal candidate ✨ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. ✨ 5+ Years of experience working in Jira for project tracking and workflow management. ✨ Experience working in Agile environments. ✨ Experience working in Mobile and Web Products. ✨ Experience working in tech, SaaS, or media-related industries. ✨ Knowledge of project management tools beyond Jira (e.g., Confluence, Trello, Asana). ✨ Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients.
