About the project As a Senior Java Engineer, you will join a team that takes full responsibility implementing new features, improving performance, and building robust solutions for our payments products. How your day-to-day work will look like ✅ Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle. ✅ Design, develop, and deliver high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems. ✅ Write well-designed, testable, efficient code. ✅ Ensure designs comply with specifications. ✅ Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review. This would make you the ideal candidate ✨ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. ✨ 5+ Years of experience working with Java SE. ✨ 5+ Years of experience using relational databases in production environments (e.g., MySQL, AuroraDB, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and optimizing queries for performance. ✨ 3+ Years of experience using non-relational databases in production (e.g., Redis, DynamoDB, MongoDB). ✨ 3+ Years of experience working with Cloud Providers such as AWS (preferred) or GCP. ✨ Experience with microservices architecture. ✨ Experience working with Spring and Maven. ✨ Knowledge of other language ecosystems, for example, Node/Express, GoLang/Gin. ✨ Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients.
