401(k) Plan Enroller / Educator
Monarch Plan Advisors is a Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) firm focused on company sponsored retirement plan consulting for businesses, non-profits, and their employees. We are looking for an energetic part time advisor to be an advocate for our client's staff as they navigate their way to retirement.
The main function of this position would be to conduct education and enrollment meetings at our client's workplace or virtually to teach the value of that company's retirement plan to the company's staff, handle questions that the employees have, and meet with the company's staff 1 on 1 (if needed).
Travel expense would be paid from consultant's home to the meeting location and consultant would be paid a "minimum" of 4 hours regardless of how long the meeting took (starting from when they left their home). If the meeting went longer than 4 hours, they would be paid their normal per hour rate. Meetings are generally scheduled in Los Angeles and Ventura County with additional meetings available elsewhere.
Educator would be paid on a per meeting basis with around 30 to 40 meetings per year. Approximate revenue generated would be around $15,000 - $30,000 per year.
Additionally, consultant would help with virtual enrollment / education meetings and participant calls.
Requirements:
• Must have experience holding retirement plan education and enrollment meetings.
• Must be open to traveling to meetings
• Must be based in Greater Los Angeles or Ventura Area
