This position is located within the Sales Department of 365 Retail Markets and reports to the Director of Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by reaching out to potential customers and building relationships with them. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced and competitive environment.ResponsibilitiesProspect, qualify, and generate new sales leads through outbound activities such as email, phone calls, and social mediaBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers through ongoing communicationsCollaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute strategies for reaching and exceeding sales targetsHold preliminary meetings to determine if prospects are a good fit to move to sales demo stageStay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to effectively position FullCount POS to prospectsProvide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management
Requirements
1+ years of experience in a business development, sales, or customer-facing roleStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlinesExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with prospectsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFamiliarity with sales technology tools and CRM softwareBachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferredHybrid or Remote position; preference to candidates in Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Pennsylvania, or Texas15-25% of travel expected
