As a key member of our 340B Business Line, you will play a vital role in managing key accounts, driving customer success, and contributing to the growth of our business.
Job Highlights:
Competitive Compensation: $80,000-$95,000 per year, depending on experience and location

Job Responsibilities:
Managing key accounts and maintaining long-term relationships with strategically important clients
Developing in-depth knowledge of accounts, including key decision-making personnel
Working with Covered Entities to drive customer success and retention
Providing exceptional customer service and technical support to assigned accounts
Collaborating with internal departments to ensure seamless customer experience
Driving solutions architecture for clients and identifying opportunities for growth
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
340B account management experience or similar experience in a related field
Excellent customer relationship, customer service, and negotiation skills
Strong problem-resolution and communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to manage client expectations and drive customer success
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and excellent organization skills
Education and Experience:
We require:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
4 years of experience in client account management or relationship management
2 years of experience with 340B
A combination of education and experience may meet requirements
