2nd Shift Machine Operator
SUMMARY
We are looking for highly motivated and driven individuals who are serious in starting a career in the Spring Manufacturing Industry.
QUALIFICATIONS:
ā¢ Prefer shop or manufacturing experience, able to read prints, familiar with calipers, and CNC knowledge would be a plus.
ā¢ The ability to be trained and understand instruction of how to set up and run all major spring-making equipment including mechanical coilers, spring lathes, automatic and hand grinders, finishing equipment including shot peen and painting, inspection equipment and tools, hand jigs and basic hand tools, CNC and wire forming equipment.
ā¢ Dependable and responsible
ā¢ High school graduate or GED
ā¢ Good verbal communication skills
ā¢ Ability to work effectively and efficiently.
ā¢ Ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve a problem.
Compensation:
ā¢ 18.00 ā 25.00 hourly ā Depends on experience
ā¢ 401K plan with match
