Position Overview:
Seeking two dedicated Paraeducators to support our students in a variety of classroom settings for the 2024-2025 school year.
Positions Available:
Ā K-2 Structured Classroom (Low Incidence)
Ā 6th-8th Grade Float Position (General Education/Instructional)
Key Responsibilities:
Ā Assist in the instruction and support of students in K-2 and 6-8 grade classrooms.
Ā Provide individualized support to students with diverse learning needs.
Ā Collaborate with teachers to create a positive and effective learning environment.
Ā Participate in the implementation of educational plans and behavior management strategies.
Qualifications:
Ā Must possess an Illinois Paraeducator Certificate.
Ā Experience working with students in K-2 or middle school settings preferred.
Ā Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Supervision:
Ā Supervision will be provided by district staff.
