As a Virtual School Psychologist, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with educators, administrators, and other support staff to ensure that our students receive the best possible care. The role requires a strong background in virtual service delivery and expertise with the EDPLAN IEP system. As a Virtual School Psychologist, you will provide psychological support services to students, including assessment, intervention, and consultation with teachers and parents. You will work independently, with a high degree of autonomy, to deliver services that meet the unique needs of our students. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive psychological support services to students in a virtual setting, including assessment, intervention, and consultation with teachers and parents Develop and implement individualized plans to support student success, including behavioral and academic interventions Collaborate with educators, administrators, and other support staff to ensure that students receive seamless support Utilize the EDPLAN IEP system to manage and deliver services, including developing and implementing IEPs Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of services provided, including progress notes and assessment reports Participate in virtual meetings and training sessions to stay current on best practices and emerging trends in school psychology Provide crisis intervention and support services as needed Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Certification as a School Psychologist through the Oklahoma Department of Education Minimum of 2 years' experience working remotely in a school setting Proficiency in using the EDPLAN IEP system Must have professional liability insurance (to be provided upon offer) Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with diverse student populations, including students with varying abilities and needs Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices in school psychology, including assessment, intervention, and consultation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents Ability to work independently, with a high degree of autonomy, in a virtual setting Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a range of skills and competencies, including: Strong assessment and intervention skills, with the ability to develop and implement individualized plans to support student success Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents Ability to work independently, with a high degree of autonomy, in a virtual setting Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities Proficiency in using technology, including video conferencing software and electronic health records Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits We are committed to supporting the ongoing professional development of our team members.
