Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
Location: Santa Maria, CA
Contract Dates: August 14, 2025 – August 7, 2026
Schedule & Hours:
• Regular School Year: 32.5 hours/week (approx. 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM, 6.5 hours/day)
• ESY (Extended School Year): Optional; staff may sign up for additional hours if interested
Position Details:
• Join the LVN Pool, supporting students throughout the district as needed
• Provide routine and emergency nursing care in school-based settings
• Administer medications, manage medical equipment, and follow care plans
• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers to ensure student health and safety
• Maintain documentation and comply with state and district nursing protocols
Requirements:
• Active California LVN License (must be in good standing)
• Strong clinical skills and experience working with children preferred
• Must be reliable, flexible, and able to work independently
• Onsite only – virtual work is not available for this role
