Responsibilities Assist in testing and validating autonomous AI tools in various marketing and operational scenarios Help map and document workflows to identify automation opportunities and redesign processes for AI enablement Assist in pilot coordination and testing, capturing results, user feedback, and performance data Contribute to enablement materials—guides, playbooks, or demos—to help teams adopt new AI capabilities Track and analyze adoption metrics and success measures, summarizing insights for leadership reviews Work with cross-functional collaborators (marketing, content, operations, and product teams) to align AI use cases to business outcomes Skills Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in business, data science, marketing, or equivalent degree required with an expected graduation date of December 2026– June 2027 Ability to participate in a full time internship between May-September Interest in AI, automation, and the evolution of work—with the capacity to analyze how technology impacts procedures Strong organizational and analytical skills; comfortable working with structured data, workflows, or documentation Excellent written and verbal communication; able to translate technical findings into clear business insights Self-starter approach with attention to detail and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment Experience or coursework in AI tools, workflow building, or process improvement is a plus but not required Company Overview Adobe is a software company that provides its users with digital marketing and media solutions.
