Position Type: Full-Time | Onsite | 1:1 Student Support
Contract Dates: ASAP – May 29, 2026
We are now accepting applications for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support a student in a school setting for the full 2025–2026 academic year. This is a meaningful opportunity to make a difference in a student’s daily life while working within a collaborative educational environment in Winder, GA.
Qualifications:
• Active LPN License in the state of Georgia
• Current CPR and BLS certifications
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Experience with tracheostomy care, G-tube, and ventilator support required
• 3 professional references
Position Details:
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
• Compensation: $28 – $32 per hour (based on experience)
• Caseload:
• 1:1 student support
• Wheelchair-bound student
• Trach and G-tube care
• Bus riding assistance required
